A single grass-fed Gir cow dairy in Gujarat. Cultured curd, hand-churned bilona, never centrifuged cream. Batch-tested for adulterants.

Herbs & Gond

Shatavari, bala and gond katira from a GMP-certified Ayurvedic supplier in Rajasthan, with species verification on every consignment.

Millets & Grains

Ragi, bajra and moong from a farmer collective in northern Karnataka. Sprouted in-house, sun-dried, then stone-ground within 48 hours.

Nuts & Sweeteners

Kashmiri almonds and walnuts, Rajasthani dates, and organic sugarcane jaggery. No refined sugar, no glucose syrup, no palm-derived fat.
